So I've been going through a really rough patch right now. Things just haven't been looking up and it was really getting to me and bringing me down. So I started to try to find new things to help me out and get my mind off of the negatives and I've found that running is the best solution there is. It just allows me to release everything and get away from the negative shit for awhile. It clears my head and makes me feel like I can actually breath again. And when I feel like no one else is there running is. Maybe I sound stupid but I haven't shared this with many other people and just thought since you're a huge runner it'd be something you'd like to hear. Thank you.
