Why I'm a runner now.

When I first went out for cross country I didn’t know what it was. Then I went to one of the high school meets before I started to have my first meet and I feel in love with it. I do both cross country and track. I have do both every since seventh grade. I enjoy cross country more because of environment. I enjoy going to practice and meets every day. My team is more like family then a team. Cross country we get more like family feeling and track you get the more like team feeling. In my town cross country is not the big sport everyone does in the fall. The big sports are Volleyball and Football. In the spring the big sport is track because you can do track or golf. That’s why I love cross county. That’s why I’m a runner.

When I had to sit out a week do to a medical injury. I think my team was kind of waiting for a day I got clear because I’m kind of the talked one on my team. My team wanted me back as much as I want to be back. I first practice I came back to was a four mile run, a per meet run. That next day we had a meet. We got to that meet and they changed the courses for the past years. When I finish I ran my worst time every. I learn that just get over that time and keep on push.

I’m a three time letter man. I have a two varsity letter for cross county right now. My goal is to be a four time letter winner by the time I graduate. In track I am a one time letter winner but by the time I graduate I hope to be a four time letter winner.

That is why I’m a runner.
I’m a cross county runner.

Next time you go for a run remember to run with your heart.

Long distance running is hard. If you just keep on pushing and begain tough, you will get through it.

I have now because I enjoy so much, I have read books about running and movies and they have told and give me so much advice how to be runner and how much fun it is to be one. So I challenged you to look up on online running movies and running books and to watch them and to read the book.
Anyone can run it doesn’t matter your size or how fast you are or how slow you are. Remember to just run with your heart.

Happy running!!
