"My sister stepped in and didn't let me quit"

I was never the strong, fast, or just the plain athletic kid. Before 7th grade running was a chore. I hated running. And during that time my sister ran cross and made conference her first year and state the next. So as older siblings are they push you. And my sister push me to the point of joining. So in 7th grade I signed up. And the first week of practice pushed me to the point of almost quitting, but then my sister stepped in and didn't let me. So I kept going, and after that first meet I began to love running. Even now I am the slowest person on the team as a freshmen in high school, but I can't get enough.
