My older brother convinced me to sign up for Cross country in 6th grade. I didn't know what I was getting into.. First practice I wanted to quit but my brother and parents told me to stay.. My very first meet I fell off a big pile of rocks before the race, they took me to the ambulance and I ran with bandages flying off my leg
